On a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon, I attended the event "Wine Show by the Bay", hosted by the University Club of WA in Crawley.
This event included masterclasses, lunches as well as 49 booths, mainly wines from WA, but also including other states, as well as wines from New Zealand and Portugal.
Obviously with 49 booths each having 4 to 5 wines each can lead to a messy time. Therefore careful selection is required in order to keep ones senses clear and legs in coordination with the brain.
Wine critic Ray Jordan gave a 30 minute review of his "Best of Show".
The accompanied glass of white or red was not required!
The booths were in three different rooms and the masterclasses set away from the crowds.
